Leslie Giles (Clarice Starling) This Anderson SC native and Winthrop University Alum has called Charlotte her home since 2006. She was last seen here at Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte in the 2016 productions of THE TOXIC AVENGER (Sarah) and THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK CHRISTMAS MUSICAL (Pickles). You may also recognize her from her 10+ years of touring with Children’s Theatre of Charlotte’s Resident Touring Company (formally the Tarradiddle Players), or from their ambitious two person THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE (Lucy/White Witch) and world premiere of LAST STOP ON MARKET STREET (Butterfly Lady). Other local productions include: APPROPRIATE (Three Bone Theatre), GRITS: THE MUSICAL (McGee Entertainment), and DR. ROCKET’S LAST NIGHT ON EARTH (Storefront Theatre). Rob Addison (Dr. Hannibal Lecter) was seen last season in FUN HOME (Bruce), THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME (Ed) and THE GREAT BEYOND (Coach Mayes). Past productions at ATC also include THE 39 STEPS (Clown 1), STUPID F-ING BIRD (Sorn) and FLY BY NIGHT (McClam). A Southern California native, Rob holds an MFA from FSU/ Asolo Conservatory and has performed and directed across the country for twenty years. Some regional performing credits include: SAME TIME NEXT YEAR (George) at The Arts Trust, LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST (King Ferdinand) at American Stage, and PRIVATE EYES (Matthew). Locally, in five seasons at CPCC, you have seen him in NEWSIES (Pulitzer), OLIVER (Fagin), YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (Kemp/Hermit), SPAMALOT (Sir Bedevere et. all) and ANNIE (FDR/ Bert Healy) to name a few. He is currently the Theatre Arts teacher at Clover High School. He is extremely grateful to his entire family for their love and support.

Jeremy DeCarlos (Buffalo Bill) is a Carolina native with a Theater Performance degree from Winthrop University. He was most recently seen in Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte’s THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME (Roger), THE 39 STEPS (Hannay), THE MERMAID HOUR (Bird), THE SANTALAND DIARIES (Featured Musician), AMERICAN IDIOT (St. Jimmy), STUPID FUCKING BIRD (Dev), THE TOXIC AVENGER (Toxie), FATHER COMES HOME FROM THE WARS PARTS 1,2, & 3 (Homer), ROCK OF AGES (Dennis), and RED (Ken).

Kacy Connon (Catherine/Senator Martin/Lamb) is thrilled to be making her Actor’s Theatre debut! A native Okie, Kacy received her BA in Theater in 2010 from Oklahoma Baptist University and moved to Charlotte in 2012. Kacy works at Blumenthal Performing Arts, where she manages a number of arts access and engagement programs. She has performed most recently at JStage at the Levine JCC in THE LITTLE MERMAID (Ursula), CHILDREN OF EDEN (Eve), and is a frequent performer in their JCABARET series. Other Carolina appearances include Chickspeare’s COMEDY OF ERRORS (Lucianna), Evening Star Productions’ CLYBOURNE PARK (Betsy/Lindsey), and Uwharrie Players’ COMPANY (Amy). Her out-of-state credits include Theatre West Virginia’s THE WIZARD OF OZ (Wicked Witch), The Pollard Theatre’s LEGALLY BLONDE (Enid), and Shawnee Little Theatre’s INTO THE WOODS (Rapunzel). Thanks and love to Sean, who had to eat dinner alone while I was here rehearsing for this dumb and delightful show.

Ryan Dunn (Crawford/Papa Starling/Lamb) is thrilled to be making his ATC debut in the high brow, family friendly “think piece” that is SILENCE! THE MUSICAL. After studying Theatre at Appalachian State University, Ryan moved to Atlanta where he became a resident puppeteer at The Center for Puppetry Arts, and improviser/sketch comedy performer with Dad’s Garage Theatre Company where he co-wrote the main stage production of MR. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE: THE LIVE ACTION COMIC BOOK. Now back in Charlotte, his credits include productions from CPCC’s OUR TOWN (Doc Gibbs), Theatre Charlotte’s THE GRAPES OF WRATH (Pa Joad), and Matthews Playhouse’s MIRACLE ON 34th STREET (Fred Gayley). Ryan would like to thank his wife and daughter, Amy and Juliet, for their continued support.

Nick Culp (Chilton/Lamb) is thrilled to be back at ATC in this ridiculous show! He was last seen in Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte’s THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK CHRISTMAS MUSICAL (Rufus), a role he’s excited to play again in this year’s production! A native of Concord, NC, he currently works in the Public Information department at the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections. Other recent credits include Lee Street Theatre’s LITTLE WOMEN (Laurie/Rodrigo), MOTHERS & SONS (Will Ogden) and BIG FISH (Will Bloom). Hannah Risser (Ardelia Mapp/Barney/Lamb)  has been a Charlotte resident for ten years and has been active in the Charlotte theater community for the past three years. She studied Musical Theatre at Northwest School of the Arts and was an active performer and director at The University of St Andrews. Her past performances include The Legacy Theatre Company’s LONG TIME SINCE YESTERDAY (Alisa), Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte’s AMERICAN IDIOT (Leslie), and Central Piedmont Community College’s EVITA (Ensemble). Hannah can also be found behind the scenes, most recently stage managing Actor’s Theatre’s production of THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE. Following SILENCE! THE MUSICAL, Hannah wants to return to directing and hopes to be staging a production in the near future.

Ashton Guthrie (Sgt. Pembry/Dream Lecter/Lamb) is happy to make his Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte debut in this absurd little musical. A Charlotte native, Ashton received his BFA in Acting from Point Park University. He has appeared regionally with Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Pittsburgh Public Theater, and Heritage Theatre Festival. Local credits include: Central Piedmont Summer Theatre’s A GENTLEMAN’S GUIDE TO LOVE & MURDER (Monty), OKLAHOMA! (Curly), NEWSIES (Jack Kelly) earning him the 2018 Broadway World Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Up Next: THE INVISIBLE BOY at Children’s Theatre of Charlotte. IG: @ashclay_

Lizzie Medlin (Dream Clarice/Lamb) is from Albemarle NC and has been involved in Theatre for 15 years. She made her ATC debut in 2017 playing the role of Heather in AMERICAN IDIOT. Some of her other credits include Jessica in ATC’s HAND TO GOD, Pickles in ATC’s THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK CHRISTMAS MUSICAL, Inga in The Uwharrie Player’s YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, Ariel in Piedmont Player’s THE LITTLE MERMAID, and Ms. Meers in The Talent Company’s THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE.
